Candidates must be comfortable working in a 100% commissioned environment, self motivated, aggressive, outgoing, articulate in writing, well spoken, analytical and positive. All loan consultants develop their own niches and leads by networking with a variety of builders, contractors, real estate agents, businesses, relocation services etc.
